Stephanie and Terry Davenport of St. Charles welcomed the arrival of their second daughter, Billie Parker Davenport, on May 24, 2021. 

A tiny package at 6 pounds,14 ounces, she has already touched the family’s lives. 

Madelyn Emily, 4 years old, loves her new role as big sister. Proud grandparents are Mark and Cathleen Kronemer of Town and Country; Mitchell and Debbie Davenport of St. Charles; Craig and Katie Lieberman of Keller, Texas.
