Ignite YP ends Hanukkah with a bang of a party!

St. Louis has a multitude of groups and communities offering educational and social opportunities for younger Jewish men and women. One such group, Ignite YP is a Young Professional (YP) organization dedicated to extending Jewish learning opportunities to the full spectrum of Jewish YP’s. On Sunday, the group hosted a party on the eighth and final night of Hanukkah.
The online invitation kept the party’s location secret till the last minute. Then, on Sunday, just a few hours before, the invite list received word that the party was ON! The location was revealed to be Vue 17, located on the 17th floor in University Tower.
Rabbi Avi Roberts, who hosted the party co-sponsored by RPI Therapy Services, said attendance was very good with just under 100 people in attendance. “People really seemed to enjoy ending Hanukkah with a bang,” said Roberts. “It was really a beautiful, classy party.”

What Is Ignite YP
Through timely classes, lively discussions, phenomenal trips, and other programming, the group says their goal is to inspire “a life-long love of Jewish learning and living. We encourage the development of a vibrant, tolerant community in which every Jew is welcomed and valued.”
