Mark Heller’s first book, “Scoop Dreams & Rocky Roads: Hard-Learned Lessons from the Frontlines of a Global Ice Cream Franchisee,” will debut on June 1.
It reflects his time as owner/operator of eight Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shops. Barnes and Noble said the book is a masterclass in the “invisible hours” of entrepreneurship.
It bridges the gap between the polished briefcase professional and the battle-hardened scoop operator.
The book is available for pre-order from major retailers, including Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
