Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve likely scrolled through TikTok at least once in your life. The social media app, which has over 689 million users — many of which are Gen Z (60% of them, to be exact) — has its fair share of Jewish creators.
Known more informally as “Jewish TikTok,” these individuals have utilized their platforms to make viral videos with signature Jewish humor, fight antisemitism and educate others. (We love to see it.)
Several Jewish food influencers have also taken to the app to share droolworthy recipes, from fresh challah to bourekas, to rugelach. Check out a few of our favorite Jewish food TikTokers below — and be sure to hit the follow button for recipe inspiration you won’t want to miss.
1. Jeremy Scheck
Jeremy Scheck is a Cornell undergraduate by day and budding TikToker by night. He has garnered two million followers on the app thanks to his dry humor, punchy recipe descriptions and laid-back approach to cooking. Scheck’s feed is full of delicious dishes like chicken noodle soup, handmade pasta, banana bread and almost anything else you could dream of. He also posts more in-depth recipe descriptions on his website.

2. Jake Cohen
The former food journalist turned social media star — and cookbook author — has taken TikTok by storm. Before working in editorial he attended The Culinary Institute of America, so you know he has some serious food credentials. Today, Cohen spends his time developing new recipes, many of which you can find on his TikTok page, which has amassed over 535,000 followers. His feed features a string of Jewish recipes like Everything Bagel Galettes (his original recipe) and challah French toast, as well as tips for baking the best challah.
