What if you could spend an afternoon enjoying a hot dog and a Cardinals game while helping local youth attend summer camp and other youth programs?

This is a “Win-Win” idea, and here’s hoping the Cardinals bring in a 3rd win as well!

On Sunday, May 1st Congregation Shaare Emeth is hosting a trip to Busch Stadium to celebrate the last day of Sunday School and the beginning of summer. Everyone in the community is welcome to join and watch the Cardinals vs. Diamondbacks at 1:15 pm.

Tickets are $18 and include a hot dog and a drink. For $5 you can sign up to ride the bus from Shaare Emeth parking lot to the stadium at 12:30.

“We were looking for a fun way to end the school year and kick off summer when this perfect fundraising idea appeared,” said Director of Youth Engagement & Musician-in-Residence Lucy Greenbaum.

Funds raised will support temple youth programs: Camp Emeth, Youth Group, and Religious School.

“The extra funds help ensure that all kids who wish to participate in our programs will be able to regardless of ability to pay,” said Greenbaum.
