Letter to the editor: Needed perspective

The Presbyterian Church voted 310-303 to divest stocks from corporations that do business with Israel because of Israel’s treatment of Palestinians.

On Sunday’s “Meet the Press,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu suggested that the Presbyterians take a bus tour of Israel and then cover the bus with steel plate and take the trip to Syria, Iran, etc. — but being sure not to mention they are Christian.

Which bus would you rather be on?
