Victor Clayton Kelly, Jr., died November 25, 2012 at age 69 in University City. Loving husband of 41 years of Betsy; beloved father of Aaron (Sarah), Ben (Jenny) and Emily (Alex) Tryson; brother of the late Logan and Jessica Mears; son of Victor and Dorothy Kelly and Mildred Stern.
