Tillie Paster, died January 5, 2013. Tillie was the beloved wife of the late Paul Paster and is survived by her children Barbara Finkelstein (the late Martin), Gary Paster (Cynthia) and Sherie Polunsky (Philip). She was the proud grandmother of seven grandchildren, and great grandmother to twelve. Tillie was born October 1, 1918 in Maplewood, Missouri. She married Paul in 1936, and they raised their family in University City, Missouri. Tillie and Paul moved to Rancho Mirage, California in 1981, where they lived until Paul’s death in 1994. Tillie came back to St. Louis in 1997, and lived the remainder of her life at the Covenant House in Creve Coeur. Tillie was an avid Mah Jongg player, a volunteer for several Jewish organizations and deeply loved her family and her many friends. Tillie will be greatly missed by all.
