Beloved wife of the late Arnold Schrier; dear mother and mother-in-law of Kathryn Schrier (William) Norman, John Schrier and Shifra Newman; dear grandmother of Kevin (Agnes) Norman, Dr. Shayna (Dr. Craig) Conner, Dr. Kaila (Dr. Andrew) Mack, and Janine Norman, Shelby and Trevor Schrier, Elazar (Lindsay) Newman, Rabbi Daniel (Sarah Sasha) Newman, Dr. Devorah (Nathan) Ginn, Elana, Avraham and Ovadyah Newman; dear great-grandmother of 16; dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Sheldon (the late Frances) Lending; dear sister-in-law of the late Sissy (the late Jerome) Brody; She loved her niece JoEllen (Leonard) Rubenstein and nephews Steve (Pat) Lending, Dr. Robert (Linda) Lending and Steve (Nancy) Brody. Our dear aunt, cousin and friend. Four generations of her family will remember her love, encouragement and support.

Thelma served her community for years at Congregation Shaare Emeth, St. Louis Zoo, Jewish Food Pantry, and as a high school and middle school educator and many more organizations.
