Suzanne Joy Weintraub

Suzanne Weintraub, July 20, 2022

Suzanne was happily married to the late Sam Weintraub for 35 years; mother of Larry (Margie), Rob (Sue) and Sara Edwards; grandmother of David Weintraub, Alex Weintraub (Dayane Ortiz Weintraub), Danielle Block (Cory), Samantha Elssibony (Amir), Max Weintraub (fiancée Katie Rupel) and Maya Edwards; great-grandmother of Eva Block, twins Levi and Theo Block, Arjan Weintraub and Koby Weintraub; aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Suzanne cherished her family and loved nothing more than spending time with them. She was affectionately known to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as Gigi. She had a passion for fashion, collecting art, and of course, shopping. She was an amazing cook and taught her children the art of using fresh garlic and butter. She enjoyed playing golf, mahjong, and bridge. She was skilled at the New York Times Crossword Puzzle and worked the puzzle daily. Following and discussing politics was a daily must for her.

Sue and Sam loved to travel and took the family on many memorable vacations around the country.

She was a spirited woman and will be greatly missed.
