Simon Richard Lasky, passed away on June 22, 2017 at the age of 84 in San Antonio, Texas. 

Cherished husband of Cynthia J. Lasky.  Devoted father of Andrew (Helaine) Lasky, Scott (Sheryl) Lasky of Atlanta, GA and Geri (Scott) Weissman of St. Louis.  Loving grandfather of Cori Weissman (Ian) Kleinman, Bethany Lasky (Taylor) Smith, Shannon Lasky (Gavin) Salmenson and Rachel Lasky, all of Atlanta, GA and Melissa Weissman (Cory) Gale of St. Louis.  Beloved great grandfather of Holland Smith of Atlanta, GA.  Dear brother of Warren (the late Betty) Lasky of St. Louis.  Beloved son of the late Esther and Robert G. Lasky.  Our dear uncle, cousin and friend.

A long-time resident of St. Louis, Richard and his wife lived in San Antonio, TX for the past 19 years.  He was passionate about cooking, eating good food, listening to good music and chatting with dear friends back home.

Graveside service Monday, June 26, 2:00 PM at Beth Hamedrosh Hagodol Cemetery, 9125 Ladue Road.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4215 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO, 63108.
