Shirley S. Covitz, 94, of Chesterfield, entered into rest on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield. Loving wife of the late Albert Covitz.  Loving mother of Paula (Barry) Greenberg, Nancy (the late David) Koch and the late Arlene Peterson, & son-in-law Terry Peterson.  Loving grandmother Valerie (Scott) Lenahan, Jason (Jess) Greenberg, Aaron Koch, Lauren Koch, Jonathan Koch, Samantha Peterson and Andrew Peterson.  Beloved great-grandmother of Warner Lenahan, Ethan Lenahan, Finn Lenahan, Beatrice Greenberg and Francie Greenberg.  Dear sister of the late Louis (Gertrude) Stein, the late Mathlidge (David) Goldburg, the late Bernice (Louis) Pear and Dorothy (the late Sam) Schuver.  Beloved sister-in-law the late Frances (Simon) Shanker.   Shirley was an Eastern Star, she enjoyed bingo, the casino, shopping, traveling, cooking and being with family and friends.  She will be fondly remember and dearly missed.
