Sanford “Buddy “Lebman, 98 years old passed away of natural causes on October 4 at his home surrounded by his family.

Buddy leaves a legacy of his family starting with his late wife, Hadassah, of 72 years.

His daughter Vicki (Haim) Oren , Grandchildren Dekel (Gali), Benji (Taryn) and Mati Oren.

Great Grandchildren: Yoav, Eyal, Ido, Roni, Tomer, Tamar and Shailee, all of Israel.

His daughter Ruth (Barry) Long, and grandchildren, Charlie and Zoe, of Vancouver, Canada

And his late son, Samuel Lebman.

Buddy was a great businessman, who owned Navy Brand for many years.

He was instrumental in the founding of the Mirowitz Jewish Community School.

He was a decorated WWII Veteran.

He was a great supporter of Israel and his community including Congregation Shaare Emeth.

Buddy was a friend to all who knew him and he loved his Cardinals!

Visitation Monday, October 9th, 10:15 AM at Congregation Shaare Emeth, 11645 Ladue Road at Ballas, followed by funeral service at 11:00 AM. Private family interment. Visit bergermemorialchapel.com for more information.
