Richard “Rick” Lloyd Kalina, died December 6, 2015. Loving and devoted father of Jane and Grace Kalina.  Former spouse of Ellen Levine.  Cherished son of Murray and Maxine Kalina.  Beloved brother of Jeff (Ali) Kalina.  Dear uncle of Taylor and Gabe Kalina.  Our dear nephew, cousin and friend.
