Pearl Gurvitz  Kramer, died August 14, 2015. Born in 1919, Pearl Gurvitz Kramer died at home just weeks before her 96th birthday.  Beloved wife of the late William Kramer; dear mother and mother-in-law of Maxine (Ken) Goldstein and Merle (Bob) Mermelstein of Pittsburgh, Pa.; dear bubbe of Melanie and Andrea Goldstein, Brandon, Hollis and Bryn Mermelstein; dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Lillian (the late Eli) Krovitsky, Mildred (Frank) Snyder, Sheila (the late Stanley) Goldstein, the late Bernard (the late Vera) Kramer, Carrie (the late Joseph) Cohen, the late Mollie (the late Alex) Berkovitz, and the late Martin (Deena) Kramer; dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend. A proud WWII veteran (NAVY), she was politically involved and curious all her life. Graveside service on Monday, August 17, 11:00 a.m. at Beth Hamedrosh Hagodol Cemetery, 9125 Ladue Road, 63124.
