Paul M. Rosenthal, recently of Scottsdale, Ariz., and a former longtime resident of St. Louis, died Nov. 15, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Elizabeth Rosenthal, and brother Gary Rosenthal.  Paul worked in the shoe business before retiring to Chicago, Ill., in 1996. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of more than 61 years, Florence Schwartz Rosenthal. Father of Linda (Chuck) Field of Phoenix, Ariz., and Susie (Marc) Miller of Olathe, Kan. Grandfather of Becca (David) Solomon, Jennifer (Adam) Rabin, Neil (Alexis), Evan and Seth Miller, great-grandfather of Jacob Solomon and Adley Miller. Brother of Robert (Susan) Rosenthal and sister-in-law Roz Rosenthal Vaden, brother-in-law of Lillian Schwartz and Marilyn (Milton) Schraier. Dear uncle and friend. Graveside services were held Tuesday, Nov. 17 at Mt. Sinai Cemetery in Phoenix. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association a charity of your choice.
