Marilyn “Mickey” Aach, died July 15, 2010. Born February 17, 1932, Mickey was the daughter of the late Ann and the late Edward Duchen; beloved wife of her loving husband of 54 years, Allyn; dear mother of Joel (Lori) and Doug (Sharon); loving grandmother of Eric, Brian, Joseph and Lillian; dear sister of Norma (Marvin) Cherry. Mickey leaves many cherished family members and close friends. From a young age, Mickey was a high energy, fun loving, creative woman and role model who was devoted to her family and loved helping others. She volunteered and managed the Jewish Hospital of St. Louis Auxiliary for more than 20 years. From an early age, her love of art and creative talents were clearly evident in her knitting, bead work, painting, ceramics and Faberge eggs. Lotty Lee (Muchnick) Bloth, died July 11, 2010 at the age of 93. Known as Lah De Dah; beloved widow of Maurice “Buddy” Bloth, to whom she was married 61 years; beloved sister of the late Fanny Edelman (Albert) and Ben Muchnick (Rita); beloved mother and friend to Joyce Portney (Alvin) and Harvey Bloth (Linda); beloved grandmother and friend to Sam Portney (Jaime) and Alex Portney (Jennifer Madigan), Gena (Jonathan) Stephens, Iris (Jon) Hinderlitter and adopted granddaughters Stacy Portney and Cathy Davidson; beloved great-grandmother known to Joshua Portney as BaBa Yaddy; great-grandmother to Leah Stephens and Meyer Hinderlitter. A friend to all who knew her, especially Sabina Lorberbaum and Saralynn, Mary Spector, Jeanie Dubman, Gert Gold, Henry “Donnie” Donovan and wife and Pete Briscoe (the late Doris). A very loving thank you to her devoted and loving nurses and caregivers at The Cedars (JCA) on H2, Esha, Lisa, Trina, Norma and Laura and the other people who assisted her in her needs at the Cedars; also the nurses and directors of BJC Hospice, Lawanda and Olfa.
