Neil Rabushka, died December 8, 2013 at his home in Madison, Ala. at age 54. He was the proud father of Laura, 25, Bryan, 21, and Jonathan, 19, Rabushka. Beloved son of Alvin and the late Janice Rabushka. Cherished brother of Marci and Bill Willenbrink and Terrie and Greg St. Amand. Beloved nephew of Charles Rabushka, Alan Waitsman and Arlene and the late Stanely Rabushka. Dear cousin of Michael Waitsman and Mitchell and Sharon Rabushka. Adored uncle of Melani, Danielle, Jeremy, Alex and Evan. Neil was a hardworking Aerospace Engineer for 29 years for the Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center for the US Army. He was a math and science fanatic, and the go-to person in the Rabushka household for any math- or logic-related question. He loved being on his boat, especially waterskiing, and he always enjoyed a good game of racquetball. He also loved testing his family’s patience with his playful wit and humor. He made the lives of his family and friends better, and will be deeply missed.The funeral service for Neil’s remembrance will be on Sunday, Dec. 15, at 10:00 a.m. at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 650 White Road.
