Beloved wife of the late Bernard Bornstein for 61 years.  Dear mother of Alan (Carol) Bornstein and Barry (Lisa) Bornstein.  Loving grandmother of Claire Bornstein, Mitchell Bornstein, Natalie Bornstein, Jason (Jacob Prussky) Bornstein, Emily (Amy Pakett) Bornstein and Adam (fiancé, Giorgi Mombach) Bornstein.  Beloved sister of the late Sylvia (the late Manuel) Kaplan.  Dear sister-in-law of the late Robert (the late Florence) Bornstein and the late Ely (the late Dena) Bornstein.  Beloved daughter of the late David and the late Pearl Tabak.  Dear aunt, cousin and friend.
