Michael Jeffrey Marks, Age 64, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2024, at St. Lukes Hospital. He was born on March 8, 1959, to Leonard & Stefanie Marks in Wilmington, DE.

Michael Marks was a passionate horticulturalist and well-known business owner in the St. Louis area. He was known for his love for nature, family and friends, and helping others in times of need. His passion for ice hockey and the St. Louis Blues was a significant part of his life, bringing joy to him and many others throughout his lifetime.

Devoted to his family, Michael Marks was a loving father to Lindsey Marks-Fabiano, Christopher (Christina) Marks, Melissa (Daniel) Weinberg and Donald Marks. Beloved grandfather to Jackson Thomas Fabiano, Serena Stefanie Fabiano, Emma Rose Marks, Angelina Marie Carpenter, William Harrison Weinberg, Waylon Thomas Weinberg and Lilliana Sunny Weinberg. Loving brother to Audrey Krebs.  Beloved son of the late Stefanie Lisa Ballin Marks and the late Leonard Benjamin Marks.  Our dear uncle, cousin and friend.

Michael Marks will be remembered for his loving and social demeanor such as acts of kindness and consistent exciting sense of humor. Friends and family alike will cherish the memories of Michael by allowing Michael to touch their hearts.

Michael’s departure leaves a void in our lives, but his spirit will live on through the memories we shared. May he rest in peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.

A Memorial service will be held Friday, January 12, 1:30pm at Congregation Shaare Emeth, 11645 Ladue Road. No visitation prior to service.
