MARVIN RICHMAN, December 14, 1929 – February 25, 2020

Marvin Richman passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and loved ones.

Beloved husband of Eileen Shulman Richman to whom he was married for 65 years. Adored father of Jody (Morris) Seligman, Karen (Allan) Roodman, and Lori (Rick) Paul.  Cherished grandfather of Harrison and Rachel Seligman, Sara Roodman, Austin, Sean and Cameron Paul. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Edward (the late Shirley) (Lois) Richman, Beverly (Maynard) Chervitz, Zelda (Ronald) Brown, Martin (Phyllis) Shulman, and the late Vivian (Arthur) Prensky.  Our dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend.

Marvin was born to loving parents Faye and Leon Richman and lived his entire life in St. Louis. He served his country during the Korean War in the United States Air Force. He was a long time member of American Legion Post 397 and will be laid to rest with military honors.  Marvin was known to all as a master joke teller and a mischievous prankster.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, March 1, 1:30 p.m. at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 650 White Road, Chesterfield, MO. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Congregation Shaare Emeth, 11645 Ladue Road St. Louis, MO. 63146 or to the Jewish Family and Children’s Service Homemaker Program, 10950 Schuetz Road, St. Louis, MO. 63146.
