Memorial service Wednesday, May 4, 1:30 PM at Congregation Shaare Emeth, 11645 Ladue Road. Visitation for Dr. Levin 1:00 PM Wednesday at Shaare Emeth. Interment private. Contributions in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 425 S. Woods Mill Road, Town and Country, MO, 63017 or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
