Margaret Jill Serotte

Dear daughter of the late Seymour and late Helen Serotte; dear sister of Eleasa C.  Serotte and Elizabeth K. Serotte; dear aunt of Chandra and Ryan Dudley; dear cousin and friend to many.  Margaret was politically active all of her life, beginning with her time as a community activist and organizer in San Francisco.  She was deeply compassionate for people and animals.  She inherited her mother’s passion for plants and gardening. She was a dedicated caregiver to Helen, her mother, in her final years.

Graveside service Tuesday, May 22, 2:00 PM at Chevra Kadisha Cemetery, 1601 North and South Rd. 63130.  Memorial contributions preferred to the Humane Society of Missouri or ASPCA. Visit bergermemorialchapel.com for more information.
