Marc A. Snyder, died January 20, 2014 at age 68. Marc was born on April 7, 1945 in Baltimore, Maryland to Rose and Maury Snyder. He was raised in Miami, Florida and later attended Brandeis University where he met his wife, Susan Krupnick. They lived together in Westchester, NY where they raised their children, Michael and Rachel.

Marc dedicated his life to helping others, both as a psychotherapist and a devoted father, husband, brother and friend. He will be remembered for his humble wisdom, sharp sense of humor, and sage advice.

 He is preceded in death by his wife, Susan Krupnick Snyder; father, Maury (Julie) Snyder; and his mother and father-in-law, Lee and Samuel Krupnick.

 He is survived by his children, Michael Snyder of Austin, TX and Rachel Snyder of White Plains, NY; sister and brother-in-law, Jessica Josell Wechsler and Steven Wechsler of New York, NY; brother and sister-in-law David Snyder and Maribel Costa Snyder of Miami, FL; mother, Rose Snyder of Miami, FL; and many friends.

 He will be laid to rest with his wife in St. Louis, MO at B’nai Amoona Cemetery on Thursday, January 30 at noon.
