Lynda Gail (Sohn) Kramer, died January 31, 2012, at age 73 in Boynton Beach, Fla. Beloved wife of Marshall R. Kramer for 53 years; dear mother of Staci D. Kramer (Edward Kohn) of St. Louis, Edward M. Kramer (Edith Kramer) of Boynton Beach and Maceio, Brazil, Nancy K. Joffre (Steven Joffre) of Atlanta, and S William Kramer (Julie Kramer) of Dunwoody, Ga.; loving grandmother of Sydney Joffre, Haley Joffre, Erik Kramer, Alana Kramer and Aidan Kramer; and dear sister of Richard J. Sohn of Vancouver, Wash. Lynda Kramer was born in Chicago, the daughter of Augusta and Morris Sohn. Lynda and Marshall moved their young family to University City in 1960. In addition to University City and Chicago, Mrs. Kramer lived in Memphis, Tenn., Atlanta, Cherry Hill, N.J., and Boynton Beach, moving as Marshall advanced in the shoe industry. She was a valued partner throughout his career. Mrs. Kramer treasured her family and friends in the St. Louis area. She was active at her children’s schools and in the National Council of Jewish Women, among other organizations. With Marshall, she undertook two missions to Israel, serving as a leader on one of them. In Florida, she was an active Democrat and became an avid Internet user, using “Baglady” as her electronic moniker. She read fiction voraciously until her death, with near-photographic recall of plot lines and obscure characters. Contributions to the Two Ten Footwear Foundation (attention: Marshall R.
