Linda Rotskoff, born November 9, 1945, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2024, at Evelyn’s House Hospice Care in St. Louis, Missouri, surrounded by family and loved ones. She was the beloved daughter of the late Morris (z”l) and Sylvia (z”l) Rotskoff. She was the devoted mother of Lisa Fixman (Bobby) Lipton and Jennifer Fixman (Rob) Kramer, and the adoring grandmother of Levi and Isaac Lipton. She was a loving sister to Dr. Kenneth (Judi) Rotskoff, and proud aunt to Lori (Michael) Rotskoff-Canter and Brian Rotskoff.
Despite facing numerous health challenges throughout her life, Linda remained a fighter and never gave up. Her perseverance and resilience became a source of inspiration to others. She didn’t let those challenges slow her down as she traveled frequently despite her declining health. She cherished time with her family, especially her visits to her daughters in San Diego and Hawaii.
Linda was a talented seamstress and loved creating beautiful needlepoints. She found a lot of joy sewing dresses and founded a company named Fashions by Linda.
Linda was a proud and active member of Congregation B’nai Amoona, where she found spiritual fulfillment and became a Bat Mitzvah at age 72, on November 11, 2017. Linda endowed the Early Childhood Center at B’nai Amoona with a generous donation, and it was renamed in her honor, Linda Rotskoff Early Childhood Center. As a colon cancer survivor, Linda also contributed generously to the Morris and Sylvia Rotskoff Endowed Registry Fund for Inherited Diseases of the Colon and Rectum. She left a legacy of education and health for future generations.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 12, 10:00am at Congregation B’nai Amoona, 324 S. Mason Road with interment to follow at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 650 White Road.
