Leonard “Lenny” Raiffie passed away peacefully on July 19 surrounded by his family. Lenny was a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis. He was a loving and devoted husband and best friend to Vicki Raiffie for 54 years. Dear father and father-in-law to Cheri and Scott Rich and Stacy Fendelman and special friend Eliot Harris. He was a greatly loved grandfather of Zachary and Ross Fendelman and Lily and Benjamin Rich. Beloved brother of Marilyn Leach and Herb Raiffie. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Lenny had an intense passion for life. He loved to play golf, complete crossword puzzles, and spend time with friends, but his greatest joy was his family. He cherished the time he spent with them, especially his grandchildren, and could not have been more proud of their accomplishments.

His smile and huge personality lit up every room. All who knew him benefitted from his warmth, caring and kindness. He will be deeply missed.  

Funeral service Monday, July 22^nd, 11:00 AM at Congregation Shaare Emeth, 11645 Ladue Road with interment to follow at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 650 White Road. No visitation prior to service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
