Leon Pultman

Leon Pultman, died February 22, 2015 at the age of 89 in Hollywood, Florida.  Formerly of St. Louis, Leon leaves his beloved wife, Thelma, of 67 years; dear father of Linda Freedman (David), Sheila Strulowitz (Larry) and Gwen Lerner (Gary); dear grandfather of Rebecca Lopkin (Dr. Benjamin, Rabbi Joshua Strulowitz (Bethany), Sari Kahn (Ari), Rena Newman (Zev), Dr. Joe Freedman (Galit), Raffi Darrow (Brian), Justin Lerner (Sarin), Bradley Lerner (Aimee) and Stacy Lerner. Leon leaves 24 great- grandchildren: Alice and Wendy Darrow, Harry, Jonathan and Ella Freedman, Molly, Jack and Judah Lopkin, Tehila, Tiferet, Meira, Akiva and Hillel Strulowitz, Keira, Gitty, Aliyah and Matis Kahn, Gavriella and Naomi Newman, Paxton Lerner, Annie, Shane and Jordan Lerner. Leon was a Navy veteran of World War II., president of Traditional Congregation, Ladue, Mo. and president of Engineering Services Co. Leon and his dear wife Thelma spent the last 30 years being snowbirds in Florida but St. Louis was always considered his home.
