Judith Ann Miller Deutsch, “Jam”, died February 28, 2015. It was with great sadness that the family announced her very peaceful and unexpected passing. Judy was born November 18, 1939 in Washington, Mo., went to high school in St. Louis and spent the last 20 years in south Florida with her family. She will be deeply ourned and terribly missed by daughters Lisa Dillon (Kevin) and Betsy Scolnik (Stuart); her sister Barbara Ostrow, grandchildren Robert and Steven Dillon, her friends and extended family.
