Joyce Portney passed away peacefully on January 13th. She was a devoted mother to Sam (Jaime), Alex (Jessica). She was the stepmother to Stacy (Sandy) and David, a loving sister to Harvey (Linda). Beloved aunt to Iris and Gina and devoted grandmother to Josh Portney. Beloved step-grandmother to William and is now reunited in heaven with her beloved husband, Alvin.

Known for her vibrant personality, quick wit, and love for her family, she lived life on her own terms and brought joy to all who knew her. Her humor, strength, and spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends but lovingly remembered for the laughter and light she brought into their lives.
