Jordan “Sonny” Rudolph of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on May 2, 2022 at the age of 87 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Beloved husband of Elaine Shevitz Rudolph for 69 ½ years. Dear father of Larry (Christy) Rudolph, Steve (Karen) Rudolph, Don (Eve) Rudolph, Debbie (Frank) Pulley, and Brian (Marissa) Rudolph. Loving grandfather of Samantha (Jared), Philippa (Adam), Alyssa (Adam), Jason, Zachary (Kaila), Kayla (Kevin), Carly (John), Adam (Megan), Lindsay (Ryan), Blake (Maddie), and AJ. Doting great grandfather of Exton, Oden, Clayton, Lochlan, Austin, Kate, Grant, Olive, Lincoln, Emma, Nathan, Alex, Amelia, Morgan, Baby Rudolph (September), and Baby Daniel (October). Dear brother of Jacqueline Rudolph, Helen (late Bob) Hayes, Harvey (Lauretta) Rudolph and the late Gerald (Donna) Rudolph and Joyce Rudolph. Beloved son of the late William and Rose Mary Rudolph. Dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend.
Jordan retired from Warner Lambert after 24 years of service. He was an avid bowler highlighted by a 300 game at the age of 72. He immensely enjoyed attending all his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren’s events throughout the years of his life.
Funeral service Friday, May 6, 1:00 p.m. at United Hebrew Congregation, 13788 Conway Road with interment to follow at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 650 White Road. Visitation with Sonny’s family beginning at 12:30 p.m. until time of service. Contributions in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 28566, Saint Louis, MO, 63146 or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
