Jeffrey Korn, November 6, 2023

Jeffrey Korn, 86, passed away peacefully in his home on November 6th. Jeffrey was born in 1937 in South Africa and came to St. Louis in 1956. Jeffrey was a beloved husband to Elaine Korn and Letty Korn (deceased), father and stepfather to Alan Korn (Claudia Simon), David Korn (Karen), Richard Korn (Aimee), Emily Corson, Jessica Ginsberg (Andrew), and Michael Hamburg (Lauren). Loving grandfather to Benjamin, Rachel, Sophie, Sam, Jacob, Spencer, Chase, Sloane, Julia, Elliot, Graham, William, Turner, and Caroline.

Jeffrey was a legend in the shoe business for over 40 years and, upon retirement, was a docent at the St. Louis Zoo, and a dedicated volunteer of the Jewish Film Festival. He loved playing golf and fishing, was an avid St. Louis sports fan, and always knew how to light up a room.  Jeffrey will be missed by many friends and others he touched in the community through his warm smile and sense of humor.

Visitation Friday, November 10th at 11:45 AM at Congregation Temple Israel, #1 Alvan D. Rubin Drive (Ladue and Spoede Roads). Funeral service follows at 12:30 pm. Private interment.
