Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1958; beloved son of the late Donald and the late Joan Shifter; dear brother and brother-in-law of Andrew (Dr. Pamela Blitz) Shifter and Lori Shifter (Jeffrey Weintrop); dear uncle of Ariel Shifter; dear friend, cousin and co-worker.

Jeffrey loved sports, movies, crossword puzzles and working with his brother. He will be missed by all, especially by those at Mike Duffy’s Pub & Grill and at Soulard Market where he was well loved.
