Jack Fivel, died March 3, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Sally E. Fivel; dear father and father-in-law of Sharon (Steven) Schwartz and David (Judy) Fivel of Deerfield, Ill.; dear grandfather of Trevor, Jeremy, and Trey Schwartz, Rebecca and Ethan Fivel; dear brother of Jerry (Dolly) Fivel. Jack was an aerospace engineer with McDonnell Douglas for 35 years. He was a longtime Boy Scout master and received the Silver Beaver Award – the highest recognition given to Scout leaders. Jack enjoyed 45 years as a member of the B’nai Amoona Choir and spent many years as an active participant in Friends of NA’AMAT, St. Louis Council. Funeral service Thursday, March 5^th, 2:30 PM at Berger Memorial Chapel, 9430 Olive Boulevard. No visitation prior to the service. Interment follows at B’nai Amoona Cemetery, 930 North and South Road.
