Beloved husband of the late Regina Pernikoff; dear father and father-in-law of the late Michael (Robin) Pernikoff, Dr. David (Julie) Pernikoff, Dr. Douglas (Marilyn) Pernikoff and Jeffrey (Deborah) Pernikoff; loving and devoted Zedah of Brett, Daniel (Jessica), Rebecca (Matt), Bobbi, Tommy, Ricky, Jordan, Andrew, Spencer, Logan and Marissa; dear great-grandfather of Lucas Michael; dear son of the late Max and the late Lena Pernikoff; dear brother of the late Goldye (Paul) Ettinger, the late Rose (Max) Berger, the late Betty (Jack) Rubin, the late Alice (Monk) Gimpelson and the late Sue (Ralph) Gaskin; dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.  Special thanks to Angie Asuncion for her loving care the past two years.
