Mr. Bank was a combat camera man and motion picture photographer in China-Burma-India during WWII. Mr. Bank was a long-time Creve Coeur resident. He was a prominent real estate appraiser and instructor. He was a passionate golfer, gardener, fisherman, hunter and early civil rights activist.
