Herman Shyken, M.D., died October 15, 2013. Beloved husband of Charlene Katz Shyken; dear father and father-in-law of Jaye (Stanley Vriezelaar, M.D.) Shyken, M.D., Howard Shyken and Mark Shyken; dear grandfather of Noah (Amelia), Seth (Danielle) and Micah Vriezelaar, Emily, Alyssa and Stephanie Shyken and Samantha Shyken; dear brother and brother-in-law of Sylvia (the late Jack, M.D.) Kirshner and the late Norman (the late Ayela) Shyken; our dear uncle, cousin and friend.
