Helen Marie Millner (nee Rosenfeld), age 93, passed away December 13.

Beloved wife of the late Raymond I. Millner;  is survived by her brother Gene (Shirley) Rosenfeld;  children Connie Drey (nee Millner) and Mitch Millner;  dear grandmother of Mary Drey (Jonathan) Haar, and James Drey, Jr.; dear aunt of Emily Rosenfeld, and great aunt of Jasper Rosenfeld. 

She attended the University of Illinois and was a passionate reader. She was politically active during a time when ‘counting ballots at local elections meant counting by hand throughout the night until the next morning.’  She was proud to contribute to the Jewish community as President of NADAH, a former local Jewish community organization that raised funds for the St. Louis food pantry and purchased several busses for the St. Louis Jewish Community Center.       She was President of both Covenant House Site Council and Tenants Council raising funds for their food program and for their Shul which provided for their Rabbi to officiate at holiday time.
