Helen C. Goldsticker, died January 20, 2012. Born October 31, 1925 in Stockton, Ca. to the late Lloyd and the late Fannye Cohn; beloved widow of Ralph Goldsticker, Jr. to whom she was married 63 years; dear mother of Larry (Andi) Goldsticker, Ralph (Dr. Susan Jeiven) Goldsticker, III and Robert (Cathy) Goldsticker; dear grandmother of Julie, Michael, Daniel, Laura and Rachel Goldsticker; our dear aunt, cousin and friend. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, she was a kindergarten teacher for 17 years, a tour guide and a clown. She was active in Clayton civic affairs, serving on the Library Board and the Parks and Recreation Board. She co-chaired the 1968 Clayton Bond Issue and was the Clayton Woman of the Year in 1973, and served as chairperson of the Miriam Lodge #17 50th Year Gala Celebration. She volunteered at BJC Hospital and the Siteman Cancer Center for many years. But, most of all, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Funeral service Sunday, January 22, 1 p.m. at Congregation Temple Israel-May Chapel, Ladue and Spoede Roads. Visitation Sunday, 12:30 p.m. Interment Mt. Sinai Cemetery.
