Harriet Wolff Schwartz

Harriet Wolff Schwartz, Jan. 14, 2019

Devoted mother to her favorite and only child Faith Eileen (Larry) Comensky, Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Frank Roger Wolff, late Dr. Harold (Beverly) Wolff, Rhoda Wolff, and the late Richard (Sherry) Wolff. Beloved daughter of the late Martin and Rose Wolff. Dear aunt, cousin & friend.

Harriet was a woman of enormous love, grace, beauty, intellect, strength, and courage. A strong independent woman who always confronted life’s challenges head on. An avid reader until her last days, reading a couple books a month, exclusively Danielle Steel novels. Harriet had a deep appreciation for beautiful art, especially art glass and antiques, a profound love of animals and love of movies and music from the 1930’s and 1940’s. She could name every movie star and singer. In fact Harriet chose the middle name “Eileen” for her daughter Faith after a 1942 movie she liked called “My Sister Eileen.”
