Fred Kaplan, died July 25, 2015. He was born February 20, 1939 in St. Louis, Mo.  Devoted son of the late Sam and Ann Kaplan; loving brother of De (Estelle Siteman) Kaplan; our dear nephew, cousin and friend. Fred was a businessman extraordinaire. He had a heart of gold and Fred lived life exactly as he planned. His love of family, sun, golf, tennis, food and so many life long and new friends were immeasurable. Graveside service, Wednesday, July 29, 11:00 a.m. at Chevra Kadisha Cemetery, 1601 North and South Road.  In lieu of flowers, have a corned beef sandwich or some barbeque ribs, that’s what he would have wanted.
