Florence (Sokolik Green) Mufson, died July 27, 2012, at the age of 95. Born in St. Louis in 1917,She was the daughter of the late A.H. and Beatrice Wolff. Florence was a bright, energetic young woman who attended Washington University in St. Louis, then married Morris Sokolik in 1939. They had two sons, Marc and Don. In 1946 she moved to Miami Beach with her young family. She was a devoted mother to her boys and a charming hostess to all who visited her home. Florence was widowed in 1953 with two boys to raise. The good fortune of a loving second marriage to Morris Green, a widower with a young son, Ronald, completed her family once again. Florence and Morris were happily married for 32 years when once again she was widowed. She was widowed from her third husband, businessman Samuel Mufson, to whom she was married from 1988 to 1995. With great sadness, Florence was predeceased by her son Ronald Green, on July 21, 2012. She is survived by her children Marc Sokolik (and Nancy), Don Sokolik (and Kathy); her grandchildren Gil Green (and Deanna), Erin Green (and Iris), Jonathan Sokolik (and Jimena), Kim Sokolik Gellman (and Jeff), Michael Sokolik (and Lisa).
