Felecia Fleishman

Felecia Fleishman, died March 7, 2015. Felecia was born September 3. 1917 in Alton, Illinois, daughter of David Evan Spurrier and Lula Cruse Spurrier. Felecia is survived by her three children Daniel (Wanda) Klaff, Susan (Bud) Vick and Betsy (Tom) Jenkins and one stepdaughter, Anne Malatchi; four grandsons: Neal, Keith, Andrew, and Turner and three step-grandchildren: Susan, Chris and Melissa, as well as eleven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by husbands Dr. Daniel D. Klaff and Dr. Alfred Fleishman and is survived by long-time companion Edwin Krell. Felecia graduated from Alton High School in 1936 and Jewish Hospital of Nursing in 1939. She was a volunteer for forty years at the Scholarship Foundation and a life member in several community and charitable organizations. She has donated her body to Washington University Medical School. Memorial service will be held at Temple Emanuel, 12166 Conway Road, Creve Coeur, Mo. March 26, 2015 at 3:00 pm.
