Edwin Simon, died January 5, 2012. Beloved widower of Ruth Schneider Simon; devoted son of the late Eddie and Anna (Schurman) Simon; beloved brother of the late Marvin Simon and the late Alfred (Janet) Simon of Philadelphia, Penn.; dearest uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend. He was a graduate of St. Louis University, a veteran of WWII and spent all of his working years as a CPA. As a young boy, his father, who was a talented violinist, taught him to play the violin. His greatest pleasure was practicing on the violin and then playing with several musical groups.
