Beloved husband of Joyce Katz (nee Gilbert); loving father of Linda (Jeff) Peotter, Nancy (Mark) Schreimann and Barbara (Patrick) Rummerfield; dear grandfather of Breanna (Christopher) Taff, Hailee (Jon) Pate, Danielle Peotter, Race Schreimann, Monica Peotter and Shayne Schreimann; great-grandfather of Collins Pate and Christopher Taff; and friend of many. A past president and fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Edward was the holder of nine industrial patents and concluded a long and successful career in research and development at Anheuser-Busch. He loved to dance and saw humor in many ways, and he will be missed. Services: Celebration of Life at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Friday, July 6 at 10 a.m. with a reception immediately following.
