Beloved husband of Melissa “Missy” Ceresia Super; loving father of Gabriele, Jacob and Maxwell Super; dear son of the late Richard “Dick” Super and Sandra “Sandi” Super; dear brother and brother-in-law of Wayne Super (Deborah) and Pamela Super (Tim Kramer); dear son-in-law of Barbara Ceresia; dear brother-in-law of Elizabeth “Betsy” Ceresia (Tom Morton) and Vincent Ceresia; dearest uncle and friend to so many.

David was a cherished physician who cared deeply for his patients. He was a dedicated surgeon, educator, and mentor with the MERCY system for nearly 30 years. David also was an extremely compassionate, loving, supportive, and sensitive father and only wanted the very best for his family and friends.
