David Lawrence Appelbaum, died July 23, 2015 in Los Angeles, Ca. Born August 13, 1931 and raised in St. Louis; beloved son of the late Norma and Morris Appelbaum; beloved brother of Paul (May) Appelbaum and the late Harry Appelbaum; loving and adored uncle of Carrie (Scott) Newman, Judith Lynn James, Joseph Lawrence Appelbaum and the late Daniel Appelbaum; dear cousin of John Mark (Betsy) Samet and Alvin (Esther) Appelbaum.  Funeral service Friday, July 31, 10:00 a.m. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Road (guests are asked to meet behind the cemetery office building by 9:45 a.m.).  Contributions to Beit T’Shuvah, 8831 Venice Boulevard, Los Angeles, Ca. 90034.
