David Gottlieb, died March 15, 2014 at age 82, David, of University City, MO was the son of Ferdinand and Augusta Gottlieb and one of several first cousins including Joe and Phil Bodovitz, Marian Price, James Kallis, Jane Sauer, Dan, Fred, Ned and Shana Blumenthal. He will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews and close friends. David was a graduate of Washington University, St. Louis, a respected securities research analyst, and manager of his own investment advisory firm. David was able to have extraordinary accomplishments in a hearing world even though he was deaf from birth. A celebration of David’s life will be held at 11 am on Friday, March 28th at the St. Louis Jewish Community Center, 2 Millstone Campus Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146 followed by lunch.
