Clifford Gelber, 84, passed away July 2, 2021.  He was born in St Louis, Missouri to the late Leonard and late Ida Gelber.  He is survived by his children Brad Gelber, Debbie Gelber and Carolyn (Ratelle) Gelber. Dear father- in- law of Jack Ratelle, and grandfather of Parker and Rachel Ratelle. Clifford was married to Elaine (Cupples) Gelber from 1961-1987.  Clifford graduated from University City High School in 1954.  He owned and operated Leonard’s and Son’s Tuxedo Rental with several locations in the greater St Louis Area. Clifford loved animals, especially his dog Tootsie.  He enjoyed raising horses in earlier years and playing golf.
