Carol Letwin Rosenbaum, April 9, 1939-March 18, 2022

Beloved wife of the late Fred J. Rosenbaum, dear mother of Ellen Rosenbaum (Uwe Kraft) and Gail Rosenbaum Doeff (Erik), cherished grandmother of Nina and Lauren Doeff, dear friend to many.

Carol was a native Chicagoan, a graduate of the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) and the Washington University School of Law. She worked for 23 years as an attorney for the U.S. Army Troop Support Command in St. Louis. Carol had a quiet presence, was quick to laugh and her wit could be pointed. She was an excellent cook, adored books, opera, classical music, travel, word games and mah jong.
